Southeastern began its business in 1953 in southern Florida, and has
been an Air Tractor dealer since 1978. In addition to the dealership, Southeastern
is an active aerial application operation, allowing them to offer both technical and
practical experience and support in turbine and piston aircraft. Owner Chuck Stone
is very active in both state and national organizations and makes every effort to
remain as informed as possible. Southeastern operates from their own private
paved air strip. They have a large maintenance facility with ample hangar and tie
down space. "At times we've had as many as 25 Air Tractors here for service at
one time," said Chuck Stone. The firm performs most all maintenance at their
facility, including hot sections, engine changes, wing spar mods and most major
repairs. "We have built our reputation on a foundation of honesty, integrity and hard
work... this is the way Southeastern will conduct business today, tomorrow and
next year," said Stone. The firm serves customers in Florida, Alabama, Georgia,
and the Eastern Seaboard.
